288-4. Obstructions on public property.
No person shall throw, put or place or cause or permit to be thrown, put or placed into, upon or within any street, public place, parking lot or public building any substance, matter or thing whatsoever whereby the safe, free or unobstructed use of the same by the public may be in any wise impeded or interfered with or whereby the same may be rendered unsightly in appearance.
Please remove all basketball hoops from the public street. You may put them back in April. Also be advised that there is to be no depositing of leaves in the street. As this is the last week for pickups you can bring them to the Compost facility on Kenneth Ave. The Hours through December 21 are as follows.
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday – open from 8 am to 3 pm Tuesday Open from 8 am to 6 pm Saturday Open from 8 am to 4 pm
After December 31, Saturday Open from 8 am to 3 pm
